This product is a very reliable hydraulic safety valve available in direct action design and pilot cartridge. It may be used as the main safety valve of the system or the safety valve of the circuit. Stable opening pressure is obtained by means of a precise spring and valve rod with a small hysterectomy of pressure and a quick reaction. This ensures rapid unloading of the pipeline at the moment of overpressure, reducing the impact on the pump and pipelines. The valve body is made of carburized and hardened steel and is treated with zinc zinc or zinc zinc. The valve body is grounded and aligned, resulting in low overall leakage and long service life. There are optional unf /BSP/NPT threads, different flow rates and sealing materials (NBR/FKM). The total pressure range is 20-315 bar (or adjusted as necessary). Reliable overload protection for high pressure systems such as excavators, injection molding/casting equipment, molding machines and hydraulic powertrains.
