Designed to remove grease from pollutants and prevent leakage, the seal has a spring-loaded lip with optimized hydrodynamic lines for low friction and excellent oil return. Sc/tc/vc types with optional dust lips are available; Cells are treated anticorrosive. Materials include NBR (general oil-resistant), FKM (high temperature/fuel) and ptfe (high speed/chemical). Standard pressure 0.05 to 0.3 mpa and surface speed up to 10 to 20 m/s. Widely used in motor vehicle powertrains, industrial gearboxes, hydraulic pumps/engines, etc. Standard and individual dimensions, colours, laser marking and packaging are available.

Compaction of rotary shaft oil with spring-loaded single/double lip and steel/stainless cell. Available in NBR, FKM (viton) or ptfe for better oil, wear and heat resistance. Suitable for engines, gearboxes, assemblies, pumps and hydraulic units. Dimensions according to iso/din/gb or on request; Typical temperature range from 40 to 200 degrees depending on the material.
