Chain knife is designed for precise lubrication of roller chain pins/binding interfaces. Treated in stainless steel, it includes a spring control ball to prevent reverse flow and contamination, providing a measurable oil reserve or nlgi 000-2 lubricants. Direct, needle and corner versions are available with threads such as m8 x 1, m10 x 1, 1/8″ NPT “and 1/4” NPT, as well as additional oil-resistant dust traps. Offering high pressure and excellent corrosion resistance, it is suitable for on-line chain lubrication systems, centralized lubrication units and manual maintenance tasks. Custom flow rates, materials (ss304/316), seals and packaging are available on request.
